The following Community Guidelines supplement the Terms and Conditions of Demystifying Wealth, LLC.

Section 1.6 of the Terms states: “We seek to create a positive, respectful, and engaged community at Demystifying Wealth which promotes the building of wealth and creativity and the goals of human progress. Our standards are outlined in our Community Guidelines and in this Terms of Service. We have the right to determine in our sole discretion whether you have violated the Community Guidelines or their spirit, and to take any actions we deem appropriate, including terminating your participation in the Services.” As you would expect, if we have to take action against your posts, we have the right to remove posts, suspend or delete accounts, or anything else we believe necessary to maintain the integrity of our community.

Community Conduct Guidelines

• We wish to foster civil conversations that promote factual information. Try to educate and inspire in your posts and responses.
• Interact, connect, and treat others with respect. Do not engage in name calling, insults, or attacks on others.
• Understand that others may come to the discussion with different life experiences and perspectives.
• You may come to a discussion with substantial experience when someone else is learning about the issue for the first time. Remember you too were once a novice on everything you now know. Try to have a beginner’s mind and respect others who sincerely wish to learn from you.
• Post clear, valuable, and honest information.
• Be nice to others; do not attack others in the group.
• Use good grammar and check your spelling (please!).
• Make your comments useful and informative.
• Make your post relevant.

Discussion Policies

• Do not spam. You may factually and accurately link helpful content and articles that illustrate or embody a point, but the Atrium is not a sales portal for third party content. If you post anything where you have a commercial interest, you must disclose that.
• Do not post or link to content that is abusive, hateful, offensive, or that stereotypes others in offensive or hurtful ways.
• Do not post or link to content which is off-topic or disruptive of the discussion. Please stay on topic.
• Do not post or link to content that threatens or harasses others.
• Do not post or link to content that discloses private or personal matters concerning any third person.
• Do not post or link to content that is sexually explicit or contains profanity.
• Do not post, link to, or otherwise direct users to advertisements or solicitations.
• Do not sell or buy any security or offer to do so.
• Do not post any material that violates the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not impersonate any person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Do not violate the laws, rules, or regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or other regulatory agencies, including rules against providing misleading information in order to manipulate the price of any security.
• Do not violate any other applicable law or regulation.
• If you are a journalist, you are expressly prohibited from using this site to gather sources without clearing it with the site management in advance and having it approved.
